Good Morning Award Winners,
Today I am mildly bummed and THOUROUGHLY excited. I had
hoped to play a little April Fool’s joke, but in light of yesterday’s news and
results – I have to be true and lay it all out there!! You guys/gals are so totally cool – you literally
went out there, slayed it & drug it home yesterday!! One of the best days
we have had in a very long time!! (Just be careful or mgmt. might think it was
because of the office meeting!!) The
last day of a GREAT month, and it was AWESOME!! I also notice a dozen of us are
SERIOUS about the SG spiffs & contest, requesting special time to go get
em.
We have a few SPECIAL
shout outs today. 2014 awards were just announced yesterday and we have a few
winners, but first let me tell you, we are a Medium size market literally
playing in the BIG boys pond (large markets)!! That makes this a little more
exciting:
Jay/Jake - #3 in the
nation – margin dollar percentage (high profit margins)
Jay/Jake - #3 in the
nation – MANAGER OF THE YEAR
Gary Seems - #7 in
the nation for Margin per lead (this man can sell value!!)
Dan Thompson - #5 in
the nation for SG dollars
We are who we are as a market because we all ROCK and
because we honestly do have AMAZING LEADERSHIP. Thank you all managers!!
This is HUGE also, yesterday we ROCKED it with a 73.47%
Closing ratio for all products.
