Selling smarter – not harder.
When we show up to an appointment, we are there for 1-2
hours. They are getting our best & focused attention. When we listen to our
customers wants/needs, we are able to put a picture together in our head of
what they need, but we can also see what they want. At that time we can start our
cross sale conditioning, giving the customer time to think and dream. Also,
selling smarter can include selling our promotional items AND cross selling our
“bonus” items. Always be mindful of those bonus items. It is amazing how much
they add up over the course of a month or year!!
