Good Morning Data Miners,
What is the easiest way to get a referral? Nice!! I heard
everybody say “ASK for them!” And we are all right!!
A couple other ways to get referrals is to make it easy for
our customers to get ahold of us, follow up and express our sincere thanks.
Empire is AMAZING at staying in the customers face; tv, internet, mailings
& follow up calls. But what do we do? How do we stay in the forefront of
their mind? We ARE the face of Empire locally. If we are not stopping by their install, sending
thank you cards, follow up emails, calling them ourselves, then they will revert back to
thinking about Empire as a talking bobblehead.
We may be a 1-call close company, but we are SOOO much more
than that. We don’t have to invite all our customers over to dinner and plan
family outings, but we DO need to be professional, be nice, and ultimately, be
their ONE source of flooring solutions.
Again, I am preaching to myself as much as anyone else, but we know this
is TRUE.
So, what do we need to do to our current system to make it
more caring, more professional and more profitable?
