Good Morning & Happy Presidents Day,
Whether we are POTUS or POYOFC (President of your own
flooring company) we all have great days and an occasional “less than” great
day. Saturday was a great day for the “Empire”. There were a bunch of us that
went out and OWNED it. Remember that confidence we felt every time we helped a
customer and wrote an order. I’m not a total metaphysical or “name it &
claim it” kind of guy, but there is some legitimacy to their claims. Whatever
our minds focus on is how we see, experience, expect & pursue
life/business.

So what do we feel strongly about in our business? Is there
something we need to change in what we feel strongly about? Whatever our
conviction, the customer will sense it.
